2023 AGM & Board Recruitment — Big Shoes to Fill!
Hello Canadian Members,
Summer is winding down, making us look forward to coming inside for our autumn AGM. In conjunction with hosting the 2023 Science & Management Conference in Revelstoke this fall, WPEFC is recruiting board members at our annual AGM, and invites you to join & nominate people for board positions.
Notice to members of the Whitebark Pine Ecosystem Foundation of Canada (WPEFC)
Our Annual General Meeting for 2023 will be held on Friday, 13 Oct 2023 between 12:15 and 12:45 pm Pacific time/1:15 to 1:45 pm Mountain time.
Attend in person at the Conference or via Zoom link below.
Additionally, three Board Member terms are expiring this year. With this in mind, there are opportunities to stand for election. Positions open for nomination are:
– Treasurer, and
– Two Director-At-Large positions
Would you like to run? Know someone who does? Positions are for a 3-year term, so renew your membership at whitebarkpine.ca
The nomination process is simple. One member in good standing nominates another no later than 5pm Pacific time September 22nd.

Voting will commence on September 25th via Google Forms. Ballots to be distributed by email.
